- "Custom Decals" refers to any Products that are personalised, made to order, or modified specifically at your request.

By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Website or purchase Products from us.
3. Product Information and Orders
3.1. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the Website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
3.2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason.
3.3. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. A contract between us for the purchase of the Products will not be formed until we send you an email confirming that the Products have been dispatched.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices displayed on the Website are in Great British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
4.2. Delivery is offered free with all items.
4.3. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we do not store or have access to your credit card details.
5. Delivery
5.1. All orders are posted using Royal Mail services.
5.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
5.3. Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1. Returns Policy: We accept returns on all items, provided they are in their original, unused, and re-saleable condition.
6.2. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom decals are non-returnable due to their personalised nature, unless they are faulty or not as described.
6.3. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
6.4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
6.5. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been dispatched, particularly for custom items that have begun production.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Swift Decals or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
7.2. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our express written permission.
